When the title company is ready to close, they will either have you sign the required documents electronically or have a notary meet with you in person at the location of your choice to sign the required documents. …That’s it.

Then, you will be paid in U.S. dollars by either a wire transfer or a cashier’s check, whichever you choose.

You could have your cash in as little as 5 days. However, each closing has different requirements by the title company and closing could take 2 to 3 weeks.
