HOW IT WORKS

 

Our hassle-free process makes it simple for you to sell your property.

  • Sign the Sales Purchase agreement and return it to us by email, fax, or mail.

  • We will open escrow with a title company of attorney giving you Zero Risk.

  • We will keep you informed of the process from beginning to end.

  • When the title company is ready to close, they will either have you sign the required documents electronically or have a notary meet with you in person at the location of your choice to sign the required documents. …That’s it.

  • Then, you will be paid in U.S. dollars by either a wire transfer or a cashier’s check, whichever you choose.

  • You could have your cash in as little as 5 days.   However, each closing has different requirements by the title company and closing could take 2 to 3 weeks.

  • We pay all the closing costs associated with the sale of your property.

 

You will not have to deal with any of the following:  

  • Agents, brokers, or commissions.

  • You won’t be tied to a real estate listing contract, often 6 months to a year long.

  • You won’t have to spend any money on appraisals, surveys, perk tests, or soil samples.
